Liability Release

As a participant in the Allen Burton Golf Academy Program, I hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, Lake Hickory Country Club, Golo Golf, L.L.C. and its individual employees or independent contractors, from any liability or claim or action for damages or injury arising from my participation in this program, regardless of the cause, including the negligence of the above named entities. I understand the inherent risks in the game of golf and agree to assume the risk or possible injury, and also to assume the liability for my conduct.

Lesson Cancellations for Private Lesson and Annual Coaching Packages

All individuals who reserve a lesson time with an instructor for one half hour or more, must provide a credit card number when making the reservation. Cancellation requests received will result in a partial refund according to the following schedule:
• If the cancellation request occurs more than 48 hours prior to the lesson time, the individual will receive a 100% credit toward another lesson time.
• If the cancellation request occurs between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to the lesson time, the individual will receive a 50% credit.
• If the cancellation request occurs less than 24 hours prior to the lesson time, no refund or credit will be extended.
